David R Fisher Esq and Fisher & Wolfe have been engaged in acts of defrauding a ill substance abusing female client. Fisher has used his law practice to loot and plunder this infirmed woman in a scheme to rob her and her family for his own personal illegal gain in violation of California Rules of Professional Responsibilities.
Fisher has lied, cheated, induced this substance abusing client to execuite agreements that violate the law, and Fisher has converted financial rights that belong to the family of the client and of the client herself for himself and for his law office Fisher & Wolfe LLP.
Fisher and his lover Mathiew O’Sullivan have induced this sick woman to sleep at Fisher’s home, engage in ‘drug-partys’ and Fisher has manipulated this woman (who is sick, mentally impaired and who belongs in a Rehab-Hospital), for his own self indulgence.
Now Fisher and his law practice are subject to a investigation by the California State Bar and shortly Fisher and Fisher & Wolfe LLP and Mr. Wolfe will be defendants in a litigation. Further, the father of Fishers victim intends to turn over Fishers interstate frauds, thefts, perjury and crimes to the FBI and others.
Fisher is a sick thief who has conned, and in concert with others and forgery concocted a scheme to defraud ACE Insurance Company and the family and father of his victim.
The victim’s father is her Attorney-in-Fact yet Fisher and Fisher & Wolfe have ignored the law as part of a scheme to further loot and rob a Trust created by the victim’s father and more than $2,000,000.00 in Trust monies.
